From Start to Finish...

We thought it prudent to show you one of our jobs from start to finish.

The first two photos show the newly refurbished Trumpf 5030 fibre laser in situ at the manufacturers from our first visit to measure up the machinery in order to design and manufacture a bespoke timber case. From there you can see that we built a timber base to ensure the structural integrity of the case. We then covered the machinery in aluminium barrier foil to prevent deterioration and corrosion in transit. The last two photos show the case being built around the machinery to ensure no movement and the completed case ready to be shipped to Canada.
